Birdman always calls Lil Wayne his son not biologically but emotionally,so why then will a son be pressing charges against his father.For some time now there has being delay on Lil Wayne upcoming album Tha Carter V and the reason is cash money. Presently Lil Wayne and Birdman are in serious no speaking terms.Although it was rumored that the two were in speaking terms but sources close to Young Money says they don't even want to see each other.

Lil Wayne took to twitter expressing his frustration about the delay and later admitting that without Cash Money his is nothing but it seems like the rapper is fed up.Lil Wayne will be going to court with C5 if the delay continues.
